We are currently looking to award licenses to surveyors operating in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, and Essex
Candidates must be AssocRICS or MRICS qualified, and VRS is desirable but not essential. We particularly welcome surveyors who trained under the Sava Level 6 Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation:

You will need good knowledge of your local market and building stock, the ability to self-start and manage your own diary and deadlines, and a commitment to provide impeccable customer service and align with our Brand Values.

Fee splits are geared heavily in your favour, with a fee split accelerator – the more jobs you cover the larger the share of fees that go your way. Surveying equipment and branded gear are provided, as are ample CPD opportunities.​
