About Us
Whether it's Bath stone in the West Country or yellow stock brick in London, every part of the UK builds its homes a little bit differently. In Norfolk that often means brick, flint, and our lovely red clay pantile roofs. Founded in Norwich, Peer | King Surveyors' practical experience has been honed across our Fine City and throughout East Anglia, working with a diverse range of Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire properties ranging from 16th century timber-framed farmhouses to 21st century new-build flats.

We are a regulated firm with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and all of our surveyors maintain MRICS or AssocRICS status and adhere strictly to the Institution's codes of professional conduct. RICS is a global professional body founded in London in 1868. It has over 125,000 members internationally and promotes - as well as regulates - the valuation and property industries worldwide. RICS regulations give clients the reassurance that our employees have gone through the best and most appropriate training and that the company is held to the highest standards in Continuing Professional Development (CPD), Complaints Handling, Professionalism, Ethics, and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
